- Multiple document conversion: Select documents by job,
user, output queue, forms or user data, and convert multiple
documents with a single command.
- Output queue monitoring: The MONOUTQ command attaches a
monitor to an output queue, providing on-demand conversion
by simply directly a spooled file to that output queue.
- Conversion templates: Save often-used sets of conversion
parameters and select them simply be specifying the template
name.
- Virtual queuing: You can create as many virtual queues
as you like, and stop and start them individually, allowing
queues for long-running reports and priority reports, or
scheduling conversions for a specific time.
- Flexible document naming: Generate the PDF name based on
the attributes of the spooled file, making it easy to
identify specific reports during multiple conversions.
- Post-conversion processing: You can define a
post-conversion processing program to perform whatever
document distribution tasks need to be accomplished once the
conversion is complete.
